  • H1-B

Is there anyone out there who have first-hand experience of the H1-B process? I am familiar with the basics. The employer has to get certification from the Labor Department, etc. What I am really interested in is the employee perspective.

The employer certification is a bullsheet. My employer used to show each year a financial loss on his corporate tax returns and he still possessed the certification from Labor Department. How is it possible?????

The reason your employer shows financial loss each year could be that he is employing you. If he gets rid of you he would probably start making profits.
May be some efficient and cost effective foreign labor force can bring profits to many fledling companies; that way he would pay more taxes and the US government can support welfare queens such as yourself.
