Me and my wife had my ins first interview on February 12th
I'm hiv+ and I had everything required: private insurance, affidavit of support, esclusion waiver, an extensive letter from a pshychiatric saying it will cause extreme hardship on my wife and her daughter if they deport me, a letter form the doctor that says I'm in very good health and I pose no threat to society. The officer said they will let me know...but after 5 months I haven't heard a thing, They didn't even give me a work, I 've applied for AOS 18 months ago!
How long is it gonna take?
any other experiences like mine?
Thanks
Marco
