Hi:
A friend of mine is on H1B. He got another offer from a different state where salary is lowere, however, he wants to move there as his fiance goes to school there. He is also worried about if the offered (and lower) salary will be approved by labor/INS or not. His question is if his new petition got rejected for any reason, can he still work under his current H1b?
