  • I-140 and Travel Outside US

    Dear Experts:
I have valid H1B visa stamped on my passport which expires on Dec 2003. However, my employer is going to file I-140 and/or I-485 next week. I have to go out side the US on Aug 2003 for 2 weeks.
Q.N.1) DO I need an Advanced Parole if my employeer files I-140?
Q.N.2) Do I need an Advanced Parole if my employer does concurrent filing of I-140/I-485

    Thanks

If your passport is stamped with H1B visa then you do not need any Advance Parole to travel because your H1B stamp allows you to travel.
        Good luck.
