Could anyone help me with this problem.

What do you need to do or file in order to get GC for a child who was adopted at 18 years of age and is now 21 years old. He resided in US since 1999 and has lived with his adoption parents for the past four years.

Please advise if you have any ideas on what to do in this situation.

Children have to be under the age of 16 (18 if adopted with a younger sibling) at the time of adoption to meet the immigration requirements.

So if he was adopted AT age 18, there is nothing to file because he is not a "child" according to the law. Look into other options such as spouse or employment.
