I am married to someone with GC when I was foriegn student and on F1. Now my spouse is becoming USC and I am about to finish school. My question is if I can apply for I-485 and I-765 on the basis of concurrent filling. In that case I will get my employment document before my I-130 is approved and I can be in the work force as soon as my school finishes this fall. Please comment.
