    If you marry a USC and she does not make enough money to help you apply for AOS is it possible to support yourself if you attach your income under supplement 864A(CONTRACT BETWEEN SPONSOR AND SPONSORED IMMIGRANT )and have filed your taxes for the last 3 years and currently out of status although employed

      NO YOU CAN'T, you can add a joint sponsor who live in yourhousehold for at least 6 months and must be a us citizen or permanent resident

          You CAN use your employment on your application. My husband did, even though he was out of status. We also had a co-sponser. But I know you can use your employment, our lawyer told us that.
