Your best bet is the get an appointment with the Field Office Director for the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your place of residence. That person can fix your problem, as you are an IR1, not a CR1, being that you were married for two years before admission to the U.S. as an immigrant. When problems like this occur, you have to speak with someone having some authority. Just call or go in person and ask for the Field Office Director.

I was married to a us citizen in my country we both married in march 30,2006. She file the I-130 and others well i was invited for interview at the us embassy in my country on december 15,2007.My immigrant visa was granted on march 12,2008.some few days to my second aniversary.but on the visa they wrote visa category cr1.but after that i came into us on june 8,2008.after two years of my marriage(2years,2months and 8days) at the port of entry i was told my marriage was more than two years by the immigration officer he told me i dont need to fill a document,he collected my yellow package and stamp my passport on the stamp he wrote IR1 with my a# number on it.
On july i called the uscis that i have not gotten my wellcome notice and my green card they told me they have send me my green card on the address they have on file.on august 15,2008 i recieve a letter starting a card was created for me but mail it to the address they have on file but it was send back to them undelivered by the post office.on the same august 16,2008 i recieve my wellcome notice.twice i have recoieve a letter from the uscis on august 15,2008 and october 28,2008 that my green card will be resend to me though it took them more then 7months top get my green card.i finally got the green card on january 9,2009.with CR1 on it.but on november 19,2008.i recieve an ASC APPOINTMENT NOTICE WITH CASE TYPE:I-485 AOS from the dallas service center of uscis to come capture my biometrics and finger printing on december 3,2008.i did that as well.further more on december 29,2008. i check my case online and was told that another notice was mail to me but undelivered by the post office that this may have serious effect in processing my case:OS155A immigrant visa and alien relative.but eventually they later resend the mail to me i got it on january 12,2009. It was another wellcome notice. starting i should hear from them in 30days but if i dont hear from them i should call uscis office.kindly advise me on my case i dont know what to do?..i will want you to read this message with care and come out with your understanding to tell me what to do.thanks godbless from harrison.
