Firstly, it depends on what basis you have filed. I would suggest you see a lawyer.

Get an I-601 based upon section 212(c) fraud waiver.

Someone uses a fake passport - in other words commits a fraud against the United States - and then expects to file a waiver to "make it all okay"? Excuse me. Something's wrong with the picture here.

That's a chance that the law gives to these aliens.

A convicted murderer on death row has the right to appeal. you see anything wrong with that picture? Let's not forget the principle of laws here. There are many violations without relief in immgration and there are many do, for the right reasons. Simply because you're a USC and the Immgration law never applies to you doesn't mean the same principle of laws shouldn't apply. Of course I can see you don't want immigrants or any foreigners in this country at all, so the very existence of any immgration law is probably ridiculous to you.

Hi thank you for your tolerance with these situation. I had a similiar case.. I applied for an interview in the u.S. embassy ( Manila) with a false report of employemnt.. They found out about it. Now they kept denying my succeeding interviews. Is there anything I can do to reverse this?
