  • AR-11 for USC?

My name is Mike. I'm a USC, but my estranged wife has moved to another city in September (9-17-03) without leaving any forwarding address info and I have no other way of contacting her but through email (Marital Abandonment).

She overstayed her J-1 visa by 1 year and 5 months before former employer terminated employment only after failing to successfully sponsor her themselves. We married on 1-27-03 but she has since deserted the marriage to live and work in Utah.

My question is; Am I accountable as a USC to file an AR-11 (Change of Address)for myself because we both have now moved from our former residence in New Mexico that was known to the BCIS - Still live in state.

I'm not sure if Federal mail (BCIS correspondence) can be forwarded through US mail service.

Also not sure if she filed her AR-11 with BCIS either, but aware she is subject to completing the form within 10 days of moving. Almost positive though that she has not. As Petitioner is there a way I can check to confirm?
