is it true that it takes 18 to 24 months to get AOS interview ??? I know it's different from state to state but still I think this is a long time..so is that true ??

Thats almost true.. if you are LUCKY !

Look at it this way: if you get your interview after your second wedding anniversary, you'll get your straight 10 year green card and then you won't have to file to have the conditions removed off your conditional green card.
