hi all this is my backgroundi went to america for the first time in 1991 that when i met my husband am from east africa but i also have resident visa here in japan my x husband is a japanise man and we had son together. my over stay started from 1993 i had several overstays of more than one year. our hardship was based on my husband cant speak write japanise so no one will hire him in japan, in africa no job and most of work places speak swahili travel alart in east africa my son been going school kindergarten to seventh grade in USA and only speak english my son been so closs to my husdand we been together since he was only three years old that all we had for our hardship if anyone need to see our copy please live your email adress GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND GOD BLESS YOU !!!!!!!!

I know this was hard case but we acomplished it.
BTW thanks for listning and waiting patiently, Most people don't even have clue when I said that DHS is centralized outside USA too, they have departments in consulates who deal with Waivers. Just other day someone 12 argued upon this subject.
Just to add a little more.
The waiver was based on USC ( husband) who have step son ( in his fathers country) wife of USC ( herself) is not in her country either but in her Ex husbands country, and unknowingly she departed herself to see her Sick Mother who also lives in Japan. It was hard waiver because there are limited hardship available.Its a discussion, not a legal advise..
