  • Umesh ji Please give me your opinion

I am currently working on H1b with my new employer.

I have filed my 485, ead & AP from previous employer.

I used my AP for travelling to canada on the I94 they put AOS.

My questions is Can i still use my H1b because it is valid till 2004 july.
I never used my EAD till now and also i dont want to use it until i get my GC.

I heard that ones i use my AP then i will be on EAD is that true, But i never filled any I 9 form or anything at all.
Please give me your opinion thank you.

In Immigration records they have it entered that you have AOS pending and have been issued EAD. You have also applied for AP. You should always be truthful to the Immigration to avoid any future complications. If you have changed you employer, then you must ask your employer to file a new petition for you to substitute the earlier one.
      Good luck.
