IF CHILD HAS TURNED 21 WILL HE GET THE VISA??

Yes. In the visa appointmnet letter, under his name there must be a statement that indicated Patriot Act Law. Under this law, the child is still consider child for 45 days after his/her 21st birthday. So he should not have any problem. I am going throught the identical case of my neice.

Under child status protection act, he may be eligible to get visa.If you provide more information such as when petition was filed vs, approved, when visa date became current and country he is from etc. perhaps I can help you more.
