129F K3 PETITION QUESTION

When I sent my I-129F petition for my spouse in August, I did not include my divore certificate from my previous marriage. Nowhere in the instructions does it say to include it. To be on the safe side I called the National Customer Service Center and they told me not to include it, as not to confuse the adjudicator. Now I understand RFEs are being sent out for divorce certificates.
I called the MSC and of course, you can't talk to anyone there.
I called the National Service center again and they told me I had to wait to receive an RFE because if I mailed it, it would not make it to my case anyway?
Any advice or similar experiences?

Your supposed to send it in along with the I130 receipt. It explains somewhere in the instructions that everything your required to send in with the I130 your to send in with the I129F.
