You have to call Malik Papish at 1-800-MALIKPAPISH.

This thing will cost you $1300.
Malik Papish has to fix peyper now for showing that your father was diplomete from Bangladesh. That's $800. Then you have to pay him $500 so he can fix peypers for you too.
$1300 in Malik Papish side pocket and let him fix for you all peypers.

Well, there are several issues here...and likely only one scenario - not a best-or-worst-case scenario!

Even if you were inspected at the border upon entering America, you were admitted under a different (false?) name. Were you really the son of a diplomat?

If the documents that your mom used on your behalf were false, then she didn't "lose" them...she disposed of them!

In any event, regardless of that, if you cannot prove that you were admitted legally - using your own name - then your application for adjustment of status will be denied. You will have to return to your country of origin and apply for an immigrant visa, based on marriage to an American citizen.

If you cannot find a record of your entry, you cannot adjust here. You will have to file an I-130 here then wait for a visa number and then leave to go to the American Embassy/Consulate to get an immigrant visa.

I came here in 1986 with my mother at the age of 8. She entered me into the country as a son of a diplomate. She brought me into the country with another last name. My visa expired in 6 month but she kept me here. She also lost all my document. There was war in my country so they provided me with TPS that allowed me to work. I got married last April and filed for adjustment of status from TPS. My interview is next week but I have no document saying when I enter the country. I know this is important. I am now 31 years old, have a masters degree and own a house. I know this is going to be a problem because I came in the coutry as a son of a diplomat and was suppose to be here for 6 month. I dont know what to say to them in my interview. Can anyone help me. What is the worst and best case senario?

    Thanks everyone
