  • I130 Interview with In-Law

I'm new to this board and need help with the following question:
My I130 interview is scheduled for 4/23. My mother In-Law has agreed to accompany us if requested. Is it advisable and or beneficial to take her along? Your responses will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

No harm in taking your mother in law to the interview, as long as if she is interviewed separately she doesnt have any dicrepencies with your guys testimony.

I would suggest going over your daily life between all three of you. especially things like layout of bedroom and deatils like your intimate life, as the INS even goes about asking if when you had sex last time!!

I would suggest to take an attorney along with you as that always helps!
