Married an Irish citizen who was here on an H1B. Applied for AOS, have interview next week.
Household income is well over the poverty guideline, but it is all his income, as I have 2 children, and am a stay-at-home mom.
Do we need a co-sponsor, or is it ok to have it be all his income? Thanks!
