      hello guys,what think abouth this mr.skai,what he said he was petition by his>>>>u.s.parents or parent its mean he was f2 u.s.citizen petition over 21 single but if he was married on that time he sill eligible for visa also the wife and the child,im wondering why he did't tell the u.s.embassy that he was maarried there no wrong with that his category going to f3,that why i think the immigration approved the green card be cause they are in title for that immigrant visa,i think mr.skai some frends advice him if the u.s.embassy find out that he wwas married it migth the petition will be void,but he was wrong he should tell the u.s. embassy so he would go to the long process..good luck mr.skai....

        He did not tell them because he would have had to wait much longer, losing PR status is quite easy, losing citizenship is much harder.
