1- Is it bad to be unemployed at the time when going for the naturalization interview?

In other words, will the immigration officer take this against me as something bad as a moral character?

2- Can anyone tell me what questions the officer asks to determine that i have good moral character?

If you are unemployed at this moment, it does not matter if you had worked earlier and has been paying taxes. You must take with you last 3 years Tax Returns. Immigration Officer, know the situation and it can happen to anybody. For good moral character they check Finger Print results, whether you had a criminal record or not.
      Good luck.
