I am just starting my N-400 paper work. One question that came up:
I received my green card in Jan 99. The I-140 was approved in 10/97 as 'Advanced Degree / Exceptional Ability'.
In 9/99, I took a new job in an unrelated field.
Am I at risk that this will trigger a refusal of my N-400 application, or worse, may this be considered as a cause to revoke the perm. resident permit? Is there a minimum time I should have stayed with the original job?
