    For your I-751, since you were divorced from the sponsoring spouse, they were trying to ensure that you didn't gain your CPR fraudulently. Your Naturalization interview will be completely different.

    A good officer will re-examine how you got your LPR status. A lazy one will not.

    I have applied for N400 recently after I received I751 waiver in 2008 (LPR). I was divorced in 2006 and did get my CPR in 2005.
    I am worried about the RFIs that INS will ask. Do I have to go through same grill as in I751 waiver ?
