help with I-485 discrepancy dates

Hello, everyone,
My I-485 case has been pending for over 700 days now at the Nebraska SC.
If I look at the Immigration Case Status, their web site says that it is taking between 570 to 600 days to process a case like this, based on the notification date. As I mentioned, the date line has passed long ago, and I heard nothing yet from them.
In the other hand, if I go to other sites, they say that they are processing cases received on August 2001, 7 months prior to my notification.
Does anybody have a clue?

Did you filed with INS after the deportation? Do u have any NTA issued before filing? Did you changed your address and didnot inform INS?

The information on the WEB is maintained by CIS HQ in DC, not directly at the NSC. There is considerable difference between the dates on the I-797 notice of action, the WEB site, and reality. The average employment based adjustment application is being processed if it was filed before August 2001. That is average, not oldest. Some cases will take even longer. And to really upset everyone, a few will be completed a lot faster.

Sit back, ignore the spurious dates, make sure your contact information is correct, and wait.

Mohan, to answer your questions:
1-I was not deported or put in a deportatin proceeding.
2-I have not changed address these last 5 years
3-A question: What is NTA?
