New York Misdemeanor Trespassing Charge: Is It Deportable?

New York non-immigrant (on a visitor visa) charged with trespassing (a misdemeanor) Does it have consequences from the immigration standpoint? The woman is in care of one of her relatives in New York City.

Misdemeanors never make one deportable.

only if you have two counts of misdemeanor.

No it does not have to do with one or two counts...all it matters is whether it's an aggravated felony or a CMT -- and criminal trespassing (misdemeanor) is not either one or the other.
