INS REQUIREMENT

i applied for sponsorship of my wife 2 times, and INS has sent back the forms both times saying that i am not sending them the copies of passport, what i need to ask is when they say please furnish FRONT and BACK copy of my US passport, what are they referring to, the front and back of first page of a US passport , or does it has to be atested and notarized, waiting for ur response

First page of your passport is where your picture is affixed alongwith other information and signatures. Last page is 24 where there might be some amendments or endoresement in your information. It is not necessary but it would be better if you can get it Notarized to be a true copy.

Send 'em a copy of the Certificate of Naturalization, it's the same thing.

If the person is a Naturalized Citizen then can send copy of Naturalization Certificate.
