No. Your US citizen children cannot apply for you to get a greencard until they are 21 years old. If your husband never applied for you and now you are divorced, there isn't really anything you can do. Just wait until you have been here for 10 years and then perhaps you will be able to get your greencard if you can prove that you have a good moral record and your being deported would cause your children to face extremely and exceptionaly unusual hardship.

You should apply for the diversity lottery if you are eligible. Also, I do not know the reason why you and your spouse separated but if there was any domestic violence you may be able to apply for relief that way.
