Does anybody here have an application for an EAD at the INS Office in Atlanta, Ga.?

I know there has to be someone here that has filed applications with the INS Atlanta Office.

Not in Atlanta. I filed for my EAD elsewhere in mid October. The federal SLA of 90 days will be up in 2 weeks, so I called the local INS office and they informed me that they (once again) have lost my application. They told me to fax in a status inquiry. The guy said that I should get a response within 2 weeks. If not, after 90 days, you can go to the local office and ask for one. But you need your receipt

does that resolve your reason for asking the question about the EAD?
