I know I am new and maybe I am not being very patient but my friends that are family to me need to know how the can become resident. Can they become resident throught just citizens that are family? Does it have to be a close family member (husband, wife, son) or can it also be cousins, uncles or cousin-in-laws? Can the family member be a resident to help them get resident? Please help, Paula
