As to the I-130 TSC process time for my stepson, your response is very positive and gives a lot of hope. I also would like to call TSC. Would you please let me the phone number you used? I couldn't find a number that will lead to a live person at TSC and the 1-800 number I called only gave a lady who could only read what the receipt says.
When you said 15 months from receipt to GC, did you mean interview at the consulate oversea? Or you meant the packages will be sent to oversea for interview scheduling?
Is your I-130 in the same category of mine? That is, US citizen's immediate family member? I want to make sure that this 15 months is also true for my category.
