NATURALIZATION

I was trying to fill out the N-400 form which was downloaded from BCIS site,

There is a question about spouse's immigration status , SSNo and INS "A" number. My wife is in H1b,but out of status...not working.. Does that make any problem? Please advise

You just have to tell them the truth. Since she is out of status so you can write "none".

Could you make it little more clear. SO I should write her SSN No and the address here.Then the immigration status as none?
What is the chances of risk? Actually we are almost able to file for v visa, since i130 has been filed for 3 years. At that time,she was in her Country. So should i apply for naturalization or v visa first.Please reply

Why do not you hold your N400 till her V visa is processed.

Yea really..

the problem is she is in the US now and out of status(no overstay but worked illegally for few months)

Is there anyone in this kind of situation?
