H1b visa

I am on H1b visa working full time as a therapist.
My husband and I decided to open a rehab out patient facility and has a US citizen partner.
I will continue to work full time for my petitioner. Will I be able to get end of the year profit from my business legally? I will not be working for my company and will not get any salary. But I m hoping to get profits legally end of the year. Is this possible?
