Hi, our F4 priority date is Nov 17,1990. For this month the processing priority date is Dec 8,1998. What do we do now? Should we wait for the INS to notify us, or can we proceed with the I-485 applications? Also, I've aged out and according to the calculation my age is still over 21. How does the automatic conversion with retaintion of priority date work? Do I have to wait until my mom gets her green card first? Is it necessary, or better, to hire a lawyer? Thanks!
