What more info do you need me to tell you? We are here 6 years on a travel visa that expired after 6 months. I came with spouse and son and while here in the us had another child. We kept trying for the lottery but were not picked. We want to be legal here. We heard there are other options besides lottery and marrying a usc. Someone told us religion can help. Do you know anything about that? Or any way to become legal without having to wait for my 6 year old to become of age? Please help if you can. Thank you

I m not an expert on immigration stuff... but know little bit from reading only.... I would like to help you in this situation but I read all ur posts and it seems to me that one family .... Husband and wife and one kid came here and they got one more child born on US Soil....am I right? Now when they overstayed here...they became illegal....and there is no way to get legal status unless there is some kind of amnesty / relief introduced by government .... If somebody came with visa ... over stayed and got married to USC...they can still adjust their status here legally....
I know this is very hard situation you are going through but nothing can be done based on info provided by you.... I m really sorry abt that and I feel for you.... As a personal advice from me.... When u have jumped in a stormy sea ...then take the risk and try your luck in Green card Lottery and wait for any amnesty that could be introduced ( may be ---- not sure) by government .....

Thank you for your support Pasha. I guess we'll have to just wait until something comes along. Its just hard always having to look over your shoulders and worrying. I know we did this to ourselves but we just wanted to get out. Once we were out we did not want to go back. I will just keep hoping that something comes up before it is too late. Thank you so much for your responses.
