INS notarized F129 packet

Hello Everyone,

In my 1-129 packet for fiancee submission. Do I have to have the following notarized, or is that not necessary since they have this form attached now you can sign stating the photocopies are good.

But do I have to have anything notarized by a Noatary Republic for this packet???
