I-485 denial

What are the reasons INS denies I-485 (immediate relative petition)? WHY SOME PEOLE DO NOT GET APPROVAL? Do they have fake marriages? Not enough proof, or what?
I'm scared. We will have our interview soon, for my husband's adjustment? I don't want him to be deported. CAN SOMEBODY GIVE US SOME ADVICE??????????????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes: Calm down... Take a few deep breaths. Just bring what you need to bring for your interview and take it from there.
