    Hi all,

Does anyone know if the Diversity Lottery 2004 photo is the same as passport photo? I mean if the photo is the same size and facing camera as passport photo?

The instruction says if the applicant signs the form in English, the applicant also has to sign his/her name in his/her native alphabet. Does the person who lives in the US has to do the same thing? I mean he/she has to sign in his/her native alphabet?

If you have knowledged on this please reply. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
