V-1 Visa

Hi,
My Cousin came to the USA on a V-1 Visa. Her mother, a Legal Permanent Resident, filed the V-1 visa. Her problem is that after being here in the USA she had a birthday and is now 21. Now she doesn't quaify for the V-1 Visa. It took her 5 years to get here and her I-130 Visa number won't be available for some time, I think about 4 years. What are her options for working or going to school and what is her status now. How can she get an EAD Card. Any info would be great.

She can easily get it buy writing the ins or calling them.
