Adopted permanent resident facing deportation

Hire a good attorney. I doubt it can be dealt with without serious legal help.

My adopted Korean daughter(25 years old) has had convictions for shoplifting and embezzlement and is in a state correctional facility awaiting a deportation hearing. She has lived here since she was 2 years old and has no one in Korea nor any knowledge of the language.She was not naturalized as a child and does not qualify under the new laws for deriving citizenship due to her age. What steps should I take to avoid deportation? Does this qualify as a hardship case? We are willing once again to try therapy and to work with her to correct this behavior which has existed since she was a child.
