I don't think if I will do that.. It does't matter and will show that the married does't exest and I will become illegal in this country. It was hard to do that and there is no one welling to marry right away. I don't want to marry again either. If I'm not married to him for 90 days and had met someone another and adjust my status I think it will be fine. But he didin't file my residency for now almost 1 year now and I'm finding the way with his help. What should Ido for?. If you asking to file devorce and marry to someone another I think it was hard. And I don't think if he can help me and I don't want to use him to get a green card and I'm not.
