She and her family worked through 100,000. of my and my mother's retirement. Left me, after her Conditional Green Card. Made threats for my silence. 9 months later, some man comes to my door, says they had baby, I signed non-paternity, and baby then could get birth certificate, since we are still married. He threatened me for silence. She called, threatened me, and my elderly parents. Am divorcing, broke. Was in hospital for seizure-paralysis, had another episode that left me dazed for days, not myself, now. We stand to be thrown out of where we live from hardships. I gave her cancer surgery, got her off drugs, and saved her from overdose, too. She picked me up on Intenet, flew to my city to convince me to marry her. I was lonely, she lied about abusive brother. She threatened suicide. All lies. I felt sorry, took her under my wing.
Her family worked me, told me lies. I met people who she told different stories to. What about our AOS interview ? Do I have recourse?

CALL THE INS AND HAVE HER DEPORTED ..THIS IS THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO TO GIVE HER A LESSON...

It's convenient to jump to BCIS to seek revenge when the marriage doesn't work out and the spouse is a non-citizen. BCIS (formerly INS) only cares if the marriage was entered on fraud for the sole purpose of obtaining immigration benefits. It doesn't deal with your marriage mess simply because you two can't work it out. My experience is always that there are two sides of a coin and when it comes to bad marriage, there is rarely one total saint and one total devil, Both share responsibilities, one may have a bit more. How likely is it for the marriage between a 47 year old man and a woman almost half of his age to go bad? The answer is probably VERY regardless of nationality, religion, and race. Since you have blamed everything on her, maybe take a break now and look at yourself too.

Making verbal and physical thread is a criminal act. You should gather enough evidence and then report to local police. Don't always think immigration simply because the party involved is a non-citizen. As I said above, Immgration only deals with marriage issues for a specific purpose.

the age difference can leads to the experience in life which have most conflicts.
you have non citizen resource to deport her, but the generous thing to do is to use it as last resort.
explore your other options, look into your self too by keeping in mind about the generation gap.
it changes many things in life. many things you know she might don't know and still have to learn.
take a third openion,
you should know that when relationship become sour, no one will be able to think straight, both parties want to prove themselves correct but sometime third person sees it which we cannot see because we are in the situation.
you should decide your relationship fate based on neutral ground.

You can still withdraw your petition I-130. At AOS you will be required to file Affidavit of Support I-864 which is binding for 10 years. It is better for you to withdraw your petition.

we all need to take this matter to congress to make a tough laws (1) to take strong action against a person who entered into shame marriage even though he/she is u.s.citizen (2) to force the ins to take action in this matter rather than ignoring this issue completely.

I'm so sorry that i don't trusted your story in the board... as my experienced. My fiancee pettitioner brought me here in hell and not treating me well, treat me like a dog. I left him and scared, met someone another u.s citizen and married me and happily married now.He is 40 and am 23 so he is treating me like a queen. Well, your wife will never let you down if you treating her good. She is smartest when she got her residency and left you and found someone else more than you. You don't have to tell to the BCIS that after she get her residency and left you.. It doesn't matter to them. That was a personal problems to both of you not for the INS.... baboooo.

Me too, never been married to my fiancee petitioner coz he brought me here and treating me as a domestic helper.Cleaning his house, taking care his savages cheldren.. And the only way I really don't want is to have sex every after a minutes!! when i does'nt want he grabbing me and he locking the door... decents people doesn't like this.. I left and not marry him. monick, you can never able be adjust yr status here even if you married to a us citizen, or even if sec. 245(i) is reinstated, or even if amenesty is granted. Unless you choose to go back to adjust yr status, you always be a illegal here.Millions of people like you who used other just to come here and then blame-oh,my husband did this or that. Why did you come here at first place without dating him or knowing him long enough or if you found that he is not good for you or abusing you then why don't you go back. people like you just look their own goods just to come here, periord. look in soul first, then answer to yourself rather than to us.

How do you know that i cann't adjust my status even in section 245(i) reinstated? this section has opportunity to someone who are looking a legal status. why some asylum applicants still be able to adjust their status beside they entered without visa. Nobody cann't tell that even you. My marriage now is legal and has good blessing. You doesn't known me. well, it was not my fault when everything doesn't work with my fiancee. I have prove to the INS when my interview will come soon. I will never say like this if everything was not happened to me. Do you think that it will never be happen?. You asking that why I came here at the first place without dating him so do you think he should be able to bring me here if we had not been dating or we doesn't know each other???. We spend our day together for a month before he brought me here, we engaged and he met my family and friends.. He is so nice in the first meeting and he respecting me. I'm not married to my fiancee too and was married to someone another u.s. citizen. Well, How I left him because he is using drugs and want me to use and I don't want it. He bitting me up when we are fighting. Its true for 90 days he doing that to me. I would never leave if he is treating me good like my husband now he is treating me good and I don't have to hurt him(right). I thought to myself before whatever will be happen to me I will accept. But I cann't accepted he bitted me up when we have misunderstanding. Why cant you adjust your status?

Why we cann't still be able to adjust our legal status when we are not married the fiancee?. It sound they are selling us and have to marry them. Yes, we need to know them better thats why we are here but the problems insted of we will known them they are not acting good for us. Insted of we will love them more they are giving us a bad life. And when we found someone another to marry us and really taking care for us the INS are our enemy and cann't adjust status. The fiancee petitioner treated us badly and what will be happen to us when we will come back in our home that has bad experienced?. For not just married cann't adjust legal status what it is???. My husband is not treating me good too but I still married him because I don't want to stay illegal here and I have no family here that I can stay. My husband is alcoholic I want to leave him but I was scared that I can stay illegal here. He didn't file my AOS almost 1 year now. I cann't go anywhere, stay here and serving him like a king. I hate this life I want to be free!!!!!! How if I will leave but how about my AOS is not pending yet and If I found another u.s citizen is he can protect me?.If not I will accept too but I don't want to come back in my home with bad experienced. So if you had married your fiance first, then divorce him after a few month...and later marry another USCitizen...would you be able to ajust your status or not?
