i was married before and my wife filed for me but things didn't go well after tow years of marriage so we get divorce and we didn't go to the interview
now i don't know what happend to my case
but i met a very nice women that i want to get marrid to, so is she but we don't know if she stil can file for me this time, knowing that i had a mariiage case before with the ins
an if yes wht should i do

As long as you did not come to the US as a fiance(e), your current spouse may petition for you. However, your case will most likely take much longer since it will be viewed as a sham marriage. As an illegal alien, you may already be in investigation or the removal process.
