Does my SIL LULAC denial have any basis on a new AOS?
Denial was due to not enough evidence of presence or front desking.(came to US at age 10) (1980) with her mom both went back home some years after. She came back on F1 in 1993, mom since passed away.
Her husband is now the beneficiary of I-130 through his sister.
Question is can she adjust with her husband under 245i?
I believe Power Neighbor have some experience with this (if I'm correct) because of previous posts I've read
Thanks
