No there is no conflict. When you will become a citizen of Canada then you will surrender your citizenship from your home country. Green Card is privilege bestowed on you by the Government of the United States. It can be withdrawn by the Government under circumstances. A person holding Green Card, means he is a citizen of some country other than the United States.
