Now is about 3 months that I have arrived in US with H1b visa and last friday I called local labor department to get forms and instructions for LABOR CERTIFICATION.
I know that I should apply for "REDUCTION" since it takes less time.
I appreciate it if you can guid me about reduction and advertisemnts.what should I do for reduction exactly.
