Hello everyone,
Ive been reading the discussions on the forum and never thought I'llbe in this situation. Like many cases, my wife is a USC and we've been married for more than 2 years, yet things are coming to a dead end and she's asking for a divorce. We're actually on good terms, especially with her family (we're from the same cultural background), yet being raised in two different regions of the world makes t somewhat difficult to fully comprehend alot of our living aspects.
I kinda know the answer to my question, but just would like to make sure; I have many forms of ecidence that our marriage is certainly bonafide, and obviously whenever there's a divorce decree it will show that my wife is the one seeking divorce, not me. I'm aware i can file the waiver on my own without needing her fo jointly file it, but is it actually my right to remove conditions, or is it something merely up to immigration to decide? Please, if you've filed the waiver yourself, kindly let me know how it went with you.
My conditional Grencard expires in March 2010.
