    It is certainly possible; the recent changes in Homeland Sec, etc, INS breakup, and all the rest of the #$%&@ going on in the world has delayed lots of different things at INS.
    ONce INS approves the petition, the rest of the processing time should be about normal - say 2-3 weeks to mail it to the embassy, another 4-8 weeks of paperwork and scheduling for interview (add time if your fiancee has had immigration problems of a significant nature or [long shot] a criminal history)
