Okay I know how to get a couple of them but he works out of town, only in PA though. Is there any way to get records through state of all his traffic violations. he has had to go to traffic school to keep his license. He totalled one company vehicle claiming black ice then few months later he was involved in a 4 car pile up he was third car and in a company bucket truck which threw two cars into oncoming traffic, company is currently beng sued for millions. Why did they not fire him? He threatened to sue saying I am a citizen now and opps I checked the wrong block on the I-9. What the He**

Traffic violations will not get him into trouble with USCIS or ICE if they do not involve DUI.

In the car accident, he may not have been at fault totally if he was the vehicle in the car pileup. If you know the date of the accident, you may be able to obtain a copy of the traffic accident since it is considered public property. The officer on the scene, or in some cases, a detective, will state who may have been at fault, as well as how the accident was caused.

Finally, companies will only fire an employee if negilgent driving is indicated, not just being involved.

From your posts, it appears you have a gradge against him, and a legitimate one if he sexually assaulted your daughter. But it appears you want to get back at him because he divorced you and the divorce did not exactly go your way.

Again, I am sorry for your situation. Perhaps counseling would be in order to deal with the emotions and anger that you have.

If he had only harmed me I would walk away. But as a mother, when your children have been harmed by the criminal actions of a step-father and birth father that is a line that demands prosecution. I have many wonderful immigrant friends. I would not have sponsored him had I not believed his sad story and thought he was a decent person. But does this country really want someone who sexually assaults a step child and two weeks after being formally charged with two felong2 charges physically abuses his own six year old son? NO, I have no choice, his actions dictate my actions. I do not need counseling and I am not angry. I have EARNED the respect of my Senator, Congressman, Governor, State Reps, State Senators in my ordeal and believe it our not I turned all this over to ICE with their help (78 pages of documentation)and ICE has pointed out just how cleverly he waited to act on each significant date. I am guilty of ignorance, and for the my CHILDREN will pay the price for a lifetime. I am ashamed that I allowed this man into our lives and the United States of America. Had it not been me it would have been some other poor victim. He had a master plan and he succeeded, that is clear even to my Government officials. I have actively been working with Head of Judicial Committe in PA to get legislative changes here in PA and in D.C. with Senator Specter's staff to prepare bills that would change or help other's victims like me and my family. The laws all seem to be in favor of the criminals. Even the State Department said that Sikhs are the most skilled at deception. I have over 300 pages of documentation. I am not vengeful because to be such would case further harm to myself and my children. I seek accountablity. I am retired from the Federal Govt. I have held a high clearnace and had I lied ever I would have faced consequences. Surely lying ten times on the N-400 application should have consequences. He has threatned me for several years that if I contact Immigrations he will flee with our son. I had two choices, fight like He** or live in fear of him all my life. Sorry I have to show my children that this country is still great and does protect it's citizens and punish those who intentionally do harm to others. If that makes me a bad person then I am but I think those who know me, have spoken to me, and met me feel otherwise or they would not after 8 mths be working so closely with me weekly to ensure that justice occurs. I have tirelessly looked at all immigration laws on my own. Some I really don't understand but the reason I asked about the traffice citations is because he has so many and has caused harm to others from his negligence. Again his actions not mine. I simply respond to what he does. I came to this forum for help, support and advice. In two weeks when the attache comes back from India with the documents I need to have informed ICE of all of his transgressions to make the most compelling case so that my children and I can live the remainder of our lives safe and without constant fear.

First I filed for the divorce but my attorney said to let him pay the filing fee so I did. BUT I kicked him out. Yes he is formally charged and approx. 2 years it will go to trial for what he did to my daughter. two felony2 charges, and two misdemeanor2 charges. Grudge, hahaha I wanted nothing in the divorce but to be free of this man. I gave up all just to sign on the dotted line. He is so far behind in alimony/child support but that is not my worry. Safety of my children. How would anyone feel waking up years into the marriage and learning that the person they married never existed? WHY daughter didn't tell for so long, she felt ashamed, I made her protect me when he abused me physically, finally when I threw him out for good she felt I was strong enough and in the heat of an arguement about something else she blurted it out and didsn't even realize what she said. She would not even let me in the court room in Jan 2009 for she felt I could not handle all he did to her and would fall apart emotionally. Me, I am ashamed for I was to protect her not her protect me in life. Second I will never understand why she didn't tell me what if he were doing it to her little brother. All a nightmare. I came here for support to help other's guide them with how to get thru the system, people here seem to know the laws better than I do but I have learned how to get ICE to work through Congressional and Senate, Governor, State Reps, etc.. to ensure that ICE took this serious. Yes i did try four times over the years I have the dates, badge numbers, and times when I tried to turn him in. They couldnt' care less. But hurt my children and you've crossed a line. He crossed the wrong line then his repeated threats to abduct our son if I went to ICE. I had two choices live in fear all my life or fight like HE** and pray that God and my country make him accountable for his actions.
