    can one claim citizenship if one of the parrents was a USC ( artificial inseamenation ), currently not married or were ever in contact but have proff that the semen donor was a US citizen. we all know if the mother is a citizen then the baby is automaticly a citizen.. and also if both donors are non citizens but the surogate host is a citizen. just wondering..
