I am on H1. My spouse came here on H4. Later processed his H1 through a company and got the approval. We have got this H1 stamped on his passport too during the trip to my native country.He has been on H1 for past 8 months without any salary.
-What is his status now.
-My company processed his H4 and that got approved before this H1. Is that H4 still valid.
-If that is still valid, Is it necessary to have it in the passport and I-94
-Is it advisable to change his status to H4 or leave as it is and wait until he gets a project.
