aff. of support assets proof?

For the affidavit of support. What kind of paperwork, proof do they want to see to proof I have assets? I can not show tax returns that are high enough to show the annual income requirement which is $ 15000 per year.
I do have property with a house on it that I own outright, no mortgage or loan on it. The taxable value of the land and house is something like $ 130 000. Will just showing my annual tax statement for the property be enough? So just that one piece of paper will do for getting the affidavit approved?
It would be very helpful for me to know as I need to show the proof to the US consulate in Switzerland where I reside at the moment. And I will not be going back to the USA before my husband receives the K3 visa. So a friend in the US needs to go find all the eventual paperwork I need in my house and send it If one piece of paper will do, that would be great and easy!

With Affidavit of Support you will need to file a letter from you Bank(s) where you have accounts, Job letter from your employer and last 3 years Tax Returns. You own a house, that is your asset and you can file copy of property papers and Property Tax papers etc., your Jewellery and other household furniture is also included in the assets. You can also get additional Affidavit of Supports from your friends and family.

As I do not have an employer and filed taxes only for 2000 and 2001, but that was below $ 15000. All I will show is a current bank statement with the dollars I have in my account there. Question: Is bank statement enough or does it have to be a letter from my bank stating I indeed own the account with the amount of $$ in it?
I will show a copy of my property papers and the Property Tax papers.
Question: Will those three things be enough you think?

You must ask the bank for consular letter which will state your account number, when you opened the account and what is balance in that account. Since you have not filed income tax for last year, it will best if you can get an additional Affidavit of Support from some family or friend. In your affidavit of support you should include copies of as many proof you can provide to show that there is no possiblity that your spouse will be on public assistance.
